Our experience with Luxury Remodels Company exceeded our expectations. From the moment we called them we could tell that they were very experienced, professional and conscious of our budget which was extremely important to us. We needed a complete kitchen remodel and their designs were amazing. Their entire team was invaluable in providing us options for flooring, cabinetry, appliances, and decorations. We are so happy. We will enjoy our new kitchen for years to come.

Great experience with Luxury Remodels Company. They remodeled our entire home and some of the outdoor living area and installed new windows throughout. Our budget was not that great but they made it happen so a big thank you to Jerzy and his team and their time for providing us affordable options within our budget.

Luxury Remodels just finished remodeling our bathrooms and my husband and I are very happy with the results. We wanted a contemporary look. Their customer service is awesome and they have great project management software so we always knew the latest progress. Highly recommend them.

I called and set an appointment out about 2 weeks to get an estimate on interior remodeling. After 2 weeks they showed up and I told them what I wanted done. Said I was willing to spend $50-100k. Right away they said $100k would cover my SMALL kitchen and my bathroom remodel and tile. Now I had estimates from other companies on these already. Kitchen ranging from 25-35k ( With drywall, AC Rework, electric, cabinets counters, EVERYTHING )Bathroom depending what was done between 7-22k I had two different plans.tile of about 1000 sq ft + removing existing flooring. refacing a fireplace.So I asked how did we jump all the way to 100k? I think that made Jerzy not want to work with me he pointed out they only take 50k+ projects and that 100k on those things was a rough estimate.They set an appointment out about another 2 weeks I believe it was supposed to be on the 27th for a design? They never showed I never got a call or anything. About 5 days later I got a E-mail saying they had a project manager leave they are unable to bid on my job? Not a phone call an E-mail.They have like 5 project managers. In the only meeting we had I told them I'm willing to wait 3+ months if I have to so basically they didn't want my job I feel like. They didn't tell me I could wait and have it done in the future. I mean if they were willing to do something amazing for 100k and it only covered those 4 things and they explained it to me or gave me options that would be awesome but I feel like I just got felt out and they decided they couldn't make what they want off the job. I feel like I had my time wasted. I have noticed a labor shortage in Arizona and I believe most of the companies doing work in Arizona that do good work are well aware of it and are very careful about how they spend their time as they could be making way more profit doing other jobs. Understandable. I did not have service performed just a discouraging rough estimate.

This company gets it. I hired them after having a horrible experience with another local company I hired but won't mention. Just a word of advice. Never use a remodeling company that forces you to buy products that only they recommend or who pressures you to upgrade to specific products. That's exactly what happened to me previously. If I didn't buy what they recommended, they didn't want my business. It was obvious. Glad that I found Luxury Remodels Company. They also provided options but I never felt pressured into buying specific products from specific manufacturers. If you've had a bad experience before or aren't sure who to give your hard earned money to, give these guys a call. I feel they really appreciate their customers. Ask for Jerzy.

Great company, great remodelers. They remodeled 2 of our bathrooms and large kitchen. One upstairs and one in the master suite on the main floor. Our new shower and marble floor are amazing and better than we imagined. They are extremely knowledgeable and presented us options about materials that we didn't even know existed. You will not be disappointed if you choose this company like we did. Will definitely work with them again in the future.

Super happy with this company. We had a horrible water leak in our bathroom and just decided to replace the tub and add a walk-in shower. They also replaced the old vanity with a double sink which was great for extra storage. Was more expensive in the end but we are happy with our decision. The installers were great and cleaned up the work area each day. The project took a bit longer because of existing plumbing issues that needed to be addressed, but they knew exactly what they were doing. Thanks guys.
